Artists Image Resource is a printlab designed to support working artists.

Artists Image Resource (AIR) initiates and facilitates projects with professional artists, creating an active laboratory environment where artists, students, and the community interact.

Labor Day Giving

At our core, we are an imaging resource; an organization with a mission to support the creative endeavors that surround artistic production, creativity and collaboration. Our labor continues to impact many diverse communities in the Pittsburgh area, and we are proud of the work we do.

Over the holiday weekend, we are asking for your support to keep our operation ongoing. Please consider making a $25 donation to AIR today!

#notwhite collective: A Constellation

30 Years of AIR | 10 Years of #notwhite collective

A constellation is not simply a group of stars, but a way of seeing. Points of light, colorful, distant and distinct, held together through pattern, memory, and story. A grouping of luminaries coming together through memories, sharing and singing; a constellation of our own mythologies in action. The #notwhite collective gathers in this way. Thirteen women artists, each carrying their own histories, crossings, and inheritances, coming into relation to form something larger than the individual.
